October birthdays = People get freaky during the holidays

So.... I'm sort of on a birthday overload, as some of you may know. Apparently I know a lot of people who were conceived over the holiday season. Off the top of my head, these are birthdays of friends/immediate family in October:

• Mel & Marg (my sisters)
• my mom
• Jodi
• Derek
• Rob
• Robin
• Anne
• Amanda

And that doesn't include acquaintances, cousins, or anyone who I can't remember off the top of my head (sorry to those people who are shafted by this note). I'm all for birthdays, but there's a certain point where I just have to push away the birthday cake and birthday booze for the sake of avoiding excessive stomach roll and the onset of diabetes.
